Rockwell Collins recognized as 2016 In-Service STAR Award winner by Bombardier

Bombardier Commercial Aircraft recognized Rockwell Collins’ exceptional achievements in offering customer support on the CRJ aircraft programme throughout the past year with its 2016 In-Service Supplier Top Achievement Recognition (STAR) Award at the Bombardier Commercial Aircraft’s 2017 European Regional Review in Munich, Germany. The STAR Award recognizes suppliers with performance scores of at least 90 percent in areas such as product performance, airline support and customer focus. Bombardier considers the award a testament to the value it places on building strong, lasting relationships with suppliers.

“It takes a lot of dedication and focus across the entire Rockwell Collins team and global support network to provide the level of support required to to receive an In-service STAR Award for the CRJ aircraft program from Bombardier Commercial aircraft,” said Rob Magill, director, Business and Regional Systems Customer Support at Rockwell Collins. “Winning this award five times reaffirms to our customers that by purchasing from Rockwell Collins they can be confident in receiving both high performing products and best in class support.”

Rockwell Collins also offers the Primary Flight Control Computer and MultiScan™ weather radar with analytical windshear as standard equipment on the C Series family of aircraft, and a single or dual Head-up Display as an option.
