12 January, 2018: Ontic, aerospace industry’s leading provider of ‘Extended Life Solutions’ for OEM legacy products, has received certification by the United States of America Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for its Singapore facility. This certification is in addition to EASA, CAAS, CAAC, DCA Thailand and DCA Malaysia certifications.
“Our Singapore facility is strategically situated to offer fast turnaround times on MRO services to customers who operate fleets in Asia Pacific and we have been purposefully pursuing certifications in order to support the region,” President and Managing Director of Ontic Gareth Hall said. The Singapore location at present serves as both repair station and storefront for a variety of OEM-licensed and acquired products, including fuel measurement systems aboard the Boeing B737 Classic and B777, Fokker 50, 70 and 100, as well as the Airbus A300, A318, A319and A320.
